ETFE Apparatus for reinforcing insulation of structure used ETFE film
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation reinforcement device for a structure utilizing ETFE film. The thermal insulation reinforcement device for a structure utilizing ETFE film, which forms an air pocket by filling air between an outer ETFE membrane and an inner ETFE membrane made with ETFE film membranes, of which each end wound by an edge rope is fixed at both sides of the top of a film fixing frame to be prevented from separation by a rope clip, comprises: an upper thermal insulation sheet which is provided to cover an upper portion of a gasket provided to be pressed against an upper portion of the outer ETFE membrane and the inner ETFE membrane provided to overlap each other at the top of the film fixing frame; an upper cover which covers the upper surface of the thermal insulation sheet and has a head insertion groove which is formed at the center of the upper surface thereof to allow a head part of a fixing screw screw-coupled to the film fixing frame to be inserted through the upper thermal insulation sheet and the gasket; a cover cap which covers an upper portion of the head insertion groove of the upper cover and seals the interior by bonding silicone to the outer circumferential surface thereof; an ETFE thermal insulation film, of which one end is fixed between the upper cover and the cover cap by silicone bonding, and the other end is bonded to the outer ETFE membrane to form a thermal insulating air layer between the upper cover and the outer ETFE membrane; and a lower thermal insulation sheet which is bonded and fixed to the lower surface of the film fixing frame to block heat transfer downwards. Therefore, the t thermal insulation reinforcement device can enhance thermal insulation by being filled with air between the upper cover and the outer ETFE membrane.
본 발명은 ETFE 필름을 활용한 구조물의 단열 보강장치에 관한 것으로서, 필름 고정 프레임의 상단부 양측에서 에지 로프에 의해 감겨진 각 일단이 로프 클립에 의해 이탈 방지되게 고정되는 ETFE 필름막으로 이루어지는 ETFE 외부막과 ETFE 내부막 사이에 공기를 충진시켜 에어 포켓을 형성하도록 하는 구성에 있어서, 상기 필름 고정 프레임의 상단부에서 상호 겹쳐지도록 구비되는 ETFE 외부막과 ETFE 내부막의 상부에 압착되도록 구비하는 가스켓의 상부를 커버하도록 구비되는 상부 단열 시트; 상기 단열성 시트의 상부면을 커버하도록 하면서 상부면 중앙에는 상기 상부 단열 시트와 가스켓을 관통하여 필름 고정 프레임에 스크류 결합되는 고정 스크류의 헤드부가 삽입될 수 있도록 헤드 삽입홈을 형성하는 상부 커버; 상기 상부 커버의 헤드 삽입홈 상부를 커버하면서 외주면으로 실리콘을 접합시켜 내부가 밀폐되도록 하는 커버 캡; 일단은 상기 상부 커버와 상기 커버 캡 사이에서 실리콘 접합에 의해 고정되고, 타단은 ETFE 외부막에 접착되도록 하여 상부 커버와 상기 ETFE 외부막 사이에 단열성 공기층이 형성되도록 하는 ETFE 단열막; 상기 필름 고정 프레임의 하부면으로 접합 고정되어 하부로의 열 전달이 차단되도록 하는 하부 단열 시트로 이루어지도록 한다.
