Disclosed are a block sample collecting apparatus and a block sample collecting method thereof, which can prevent disturbance of a sample and can simplify works on the spot. The block sample collecting apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a block box which is formed in a hexahedron and in which a sample is embedded; a body coming in close contact with the outer surface of the block box not to deform the block box, having opened upper and lower parts and having a plurality of opened windows on side surfaces; a cap installed to be seated for covering the upper surface of the body, and transferring a load applied from the upper part to the body; a thick wall type rectangular shoe installed to be seated on the lower surface of the body, and having a blade at the lower end portion on the cross section to penetrate the ground on the spot by the load applied from the body so as to form a block sample according to a standard and an inner diameter ratio, which are regulated. The block sample collected by using the block sample collecting apparatus according to the present invention can satisfy a regulated standard condition, minimize sample disturbance in a forming process, and form the sample according to the internal shape, the size and the regulated inner diameter ratio of the block box to minimize effects from the sample disturbance caused by forming, additional sample disturbance caused by packaging and transportation of the block box, and so on.
시료의 교란방지와 현장에서의 작업을 단순화할 수 있는 블록시료 채취장치 및 블록시료 채취방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 블록시료 채취장치는 육면체로 형성되어 내부에 시료가 내장되는 블록상자; 상기 블록상자가 변형되지 않도록 상기 블록상자의 외면에 밀착되고, 상하부가 개방되며 측면에는 복수개의 개방된 창이 형성된 몸체; 상기 몸체 상부면을 덮도록 안착 설치되고, 상부로부터 가해지는 하중을 상기 몸체에 전달하는 캡; 및 상기 몸체 하부면에 안착 설치되고, 상기 몸체로부터 가해지는 하중에 의해 현장 지반에 파고 들어가 규정 규격 및 내경비의 블록시료를 성형하도록 단면 상 하단부에 날이 형성된 씨크월(thick wall) 유형의 사각형 슈;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 블록시료 채취장치를 활용하여 채취된 블록시료는 규정 규격 조건을 충족하며, 성형과정에서 시료교란이 최소화되며, 블록상자의 내부형상과 크기, 규정 내경비에 맞게 시료를 성형하여 성형으로 인한 시료교란, 블록상자 포장 및 운반에 따른 추가 시료교란 등의 영향을 최소화 할 수 있다.
