MIRCOPOROUS BLOCK FOR MICROSPEAKER AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a porous block for a microspeaker and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, provided is a method for manufacturing a porous block, which is to produce the porous block in a resonance space shape by undergoing the following steps: a first step of forming slurry obtained by mixing zeolite solid powder having a particle size less than or equal to 20 μm with a solvent composed of a binder and an additive and then homogeneously dispersing the same; and a second step of fixing the homogeneously dispersed slurry to a carrier capable of fixing the slurry by processing the carrier into a shape of a resonance space of the microspeaker.
본 발명은 마이크로스피커용 다공성 블록 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 20㎛ 이하의 입자 크기를 갖는 제올라이트 고형분을 바인더와 첨가제를 혼합한 용매에 섞어 균질 분산을 시킨 슬러리를 형성하는 제1 단계; 및 마이크로스피커의 공명공간의 형상으로 가공하여 슬러리를 고정할 수 있는 담지체에 균질 분산된 슬러리를 고정하는 제2 단계;를 거쳐 공명공간 형상으로 다공성 블록을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 블록 제조방법을 제공한다.
