PILE PRESSING METHOD AND CONTROLLING METHOD FOR PILE PRESSING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a pile press-fitting method comprising: a first press-fitting step of transporting a first pile (11) among a plurality of piles (10) to support the same in a standing state in an upper portion of a press-fitting point of the ground, and pressing the first pile (11) to press-fit the same into the ground; a second press-fitting step of transporting a second pile (12) among the piles (10) to support the same in a standing state in the upper portion of the press-fitting point of the ground, coupling a lower end of the second pile (12) to an upper end of the first pile (11), and pressing the second pile (12) to press-fit the same into the ground; a continuous press-fitting step of press-fitting the ground while sequentially coupling the piles (10) in the same method as the second press-fitting step; a target load (W1) and target speed setting step of setting a press-fitting load (W) and a press-fitting speed (v) in case of reaching a state that bearing power of a pile foundation structure is secured, as a target load (W1) and a target speed (v1), respectively; and a press-fitting completion step of completing the continuous press-fitting step when the measured press-fitting load (W) of the piles (10) reaches the preset target load (W1) and the measured press-fitting speed (v) of the piles (10) reaches the preset target speed (v1) during the continuous press-fitting step. Accordingly, the structural stability of all the constructed foundation structures can be easily secured.
본 발명은 다수의 말뚝(10) 중 1번 말뚝(11)을 운반하여, 지반의 압입지점의 상부에 기립상태로 지지하고, 상기 1번 말뚝(11)을 가압하여 지반에 압입하는 1차 압입단계; 다수의 상기 말뚝(10) 중 2번 말뚝(12)을 운반하여, 지반의 압입지점의 상부에 기립상태로 지지하되, 상기 1번 말뚝(11)의 상단에 상기 2번 말뚝(12)의 하단을 결합하고, 상기 2번 말뚝(12)을 가압하여 지반에 압입하는 2차 압입단계; 상기 2차 압입단계와 동일한 방법으로, 다수의 상기 말뚝(10)을 순차적으로 결합하면서 지반에 압입하는 연속 압입단계; 말뚝 기초구조물의 지지력이 확보된 상태에 도달한 경우의 압입하중(W) 및 압입속도(v)를 각각 목표하중(W1) 및 목표속도(v1)로 설정하는 목표하중(W1) 및 목표속도 설정단계; 상기 연속 압입단계 도중, 측정된 상기 말뚝(10)의 압입하중(W)이 미리 설정된 목표하중(W1)에 도달함과 아울러, 측정된 상기 말뚝(10)의 압입속도(v)가 미리 설정된 목표속도(v1)에 도달하면, 상기 연속 압입단계를 종료하는 압입작업 종료단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 말뚝압입방법을 제시함으로써, 시공된 다수의 말뚝 기초구조물 모두의 구조적 안정성을 쉽게 확보할 수 있도록 한다.
