SOUNDPROOF FACILITY EQUIPPED WITH SOUNDPROOFING PLATE DETACHMENT
The present invention relates to soundproof facility equipped with a detachable soundproof plate. The present invention is configured to prevent separation of a soundproof plate even when a gap between posts varies by shrinkage deformation of foundation concrete or external factors such as earthquake, vehicle collision, etc., thereby improving efficiency in maintenance and repairing of a soundproof wall. To this end, in the soundproof facility, foundation concrete (10) is configured on a lower portion, a post (20) is vertically fixed and installed on an upper portion of the foundation concrete (10), the post (20) has an H-shaped cross section structure in which a front plate (21) and a rear plate (22) are connected by a connection plate (23), and a soundproof plate (30) is inserted in a lamination form between the posts (20) and supported. A guide rod (60) having a predetermined length is horizontally fixed and installed on the post (20), a separation preventing cap (70) is coupled to the soundproof plate (30), a guide angle (71) is integrally welded and fixed to one side of the separation preventing cap (70), and a guide groove (72) is formed in the guide angle (71) so as to be guided by the guide rod (60).
본 발명은 방음판 탈부착 기능이 구비된 방음시설에 관한 것으로서, 기초콘크리트의 수축 변형 또는 지진, 차량충돌 등과 같은 외부 요인으로 인해 지주간 간격이 가변되어지더라도 방음판의 이탈현상이 방지되어질 수 있게 됨으로서 방음벽의 유지관리 효율이 개선되도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 하부에는 기초콘크리트(10)가 구성되고, 상기 기초콘크리트(10) 상부에는 지주(20)가 수직방향으로 고정 설치되되, 상기 지주(20)는 전면판(21)과 배면판(22)이 연결판(23)에 의해 연결되는 "H"형태의 단면 구조를 이루며, 상기 각 지주(20) 사이에는 방음판(30)이 적층 형태로 끼워져 지지되는 방음시설에 있어서, 상기 지주(20)에는 일정 길이를 이루는 가이드봉(60)이 수평방향으로 고정 설치되고; 상기 방음판(30)에는 탈락방지캡(70)이 결합되어지며; 상기 탈락방지캡(70) 일측에는 가이드앵글(71)이 일체로 용접 고정되고; 상기 가이드앵글(71)에는 가이드봉(60)을 따라 안내되어질 수 있도록 안내홈(72)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
