PREFABRICATED EXTERIOR PANELS WITH INSULATION
The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel and, more specifically, to a prefabricated exterior panel with insulating properties, which prevents harmful elements (lightning and moisture) applied from the outside of the exterior panel forming an outer wall or a roof, thereby providing a pleasant indoor environment. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the prefabricated exterior panel with the insulating properties comprises: duplex type lower and upper plates into which an insulation material is inserted; and a support means for maintaining an interval between the lower and upper plates. In the support means, a T-shaped insulator is coupled to an upper end portion of a vertical bar coupled to the lower plate, and the upper plate is covered on an upper surface of the insulator and fixed by a fastening screw.
본 발명은 조립식 패널에 관한 것으로서, 특히 외벽이나 지붕을 이루는 외장패널의 외부에 작용하는 유해요소(낙뢰, 습기 등)를 차단하여 쾌적한 실내 환경을 제공할 수 있는 절연성을 갖춘 조립식 외장패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 절연성을 갖춘 조립식 외장패널은 단열재가 투입된 복층구조의 하판 및 상판, 상기 하판과 상판의 간격을 유지하기 위한 지지수단으로 된 절연성을 갖춘 조립식 외장패널에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 하판과 결합되는 세로바의 상단부에 'T'자형 절연체가 결합되며 상기 절연체의 상면에 상판을 덮고 체결나사로 고정된 것을 특징으로 한다.
