Strike speed control device for breakers that adjusts the strike speed according to the type of rock
The present invention relates to a striking speed control apparatus for a breaker controlling a striking speed depending on the type of rock and, more specifically, to a striking speed control apparatus for a breaker controlling a striking speed depending on the type of rock, which is capable of controlling the strength of striking a chisel later after detecting a moving stroke of the chisel through a hydraulic circuit depending on the type of rock when a breaker makes the first strike to crush rock. The striking speed control apparatus for a breaker controlling a striking speed depending on the type of rock includes: a valve housing forming an oil pressure port through hole connected with each oil pressure port of a breaker body, and supporting a spool with oil pressure so that the spool gradually falls; a second spool moved up and down in accordance with the supply of oil pressure inside the valve housing; a sub spool moved up and down in accordance with supplied oil pressure inside the second spool; and a plug cap preventing the second spool from being separated from the valve housing.
본 발명은 암석의 종류에 따라서 타격 속도를 조절하는 브레이커용 타격속도 조절장치에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 암석을 파쇄할 때 브레이커의 최초 타격시 암석의 종류에 따라서 치즐의 이동 스트로크를 유압회로를 이용하여 검출한 후 추후 치즐을 타격하는 강도를 조절하도록 한 암석의 종류에 따라서 타격 속도를 조절하는 브레이커용 타격속도 조절장치에 관한 것인바, 본 발명은 암석의 종류에 따라서 타격 속도를 조절하는 브레이커용 타격속도 조절장치에 있어서, 브레이커 본체의 각 유압포트와 연결되는 유압포트통공을 형성하고 유압으로 스플이 서서히 하강되도록 지지하는 밸브하우징과; 상기 밸브하우징의 내측에서 유압의 공급에 따라 상하 이동되는 제2스플과; 상기 제2스플의 내측에서 공급되는 유압에 따라서 상하 이동하는 보조스플과; 상기 제2스플이 밸브하우징에서 분리되는 것을 방지하는 플러스마개로 이루어진 것에 그 특징이 있다.
