Air-cooled manufacturing method for drainage material for soft ground improvement
The present invention relates to an air-cooled manufacturing method of a drainage material for soft ground improvement, wherein a series of manufacturing processes performed in each step from a step of extruding a polypropylene raw material into a plate-shaped board to a step of completing a drainage material by covering filter paper are continuously performed in a single process. Also, as a structure is improved to cool extrudates by converting a conventional water cooling method to an air cooling method, the tensile strength and side pressure are improved by more than 20% compared to conventional water cooling type products, and the drainage performance is excellently improved. In particular, in order to greatly increase the production per hour compared to a water cooling type manufacturing process by manufacturing a plurality of cores at once by expanding and molding a core disk size in a wide width, followed by shredding, the present invention includes an extrusion step (S10), a rolling step (S20), a lower air cooling step (S30), an upper air cooling step (S40), a cutting step (S50), a covering step (S60), and a winding step (S70).
본 발명은 연약지반 개량용 배수재의 공랭식 제조방법에 관련되며, 이는 폴리프로필렌(PP) 원료를 판형 보드로 압출 성형하는 단계에서 부터 필터지를 피복하여 배수재를 완성하기까지 수행되는 각 단계별 일련의 제조공정이 단일 공정으로 연속 수행되고, 기존 수냉방식을 공랭방식으로 전환하여 압출물을 냉각하도록 구조 개선함에 따라 기존 수냉식 제품 대비 인장강도, 측압이 20%이상 향상됨과 더불어 배수성능이 월등이 우수하게 개선되며, 특히 코어원판 사이즈를 광폭으로 확장 성형한 후, 이를 세절하여 한번에 복수의 코어를 제조하므로 수냉식 제조공정 대비 시간당 생산량이 크게 증가될 수 있도록 압출단계(S10), 롤링단계(S20), 하부 공랭단계(S30), 상부 공랭단계(S40), 커팅단계(S50), 피복단계(S60), 와인딩단계(S70)을 포함하여 주요구성으로 한다.
