Air-cooled manufacturing device for drainage material for soft ground improvement
The present invention relates to an air-cooled apparatus for manufacturing a drainage material for improving soft soil. According to the present invention, the air-cooled apparatus continuously performs a series of manufacturing processes by each step from a step of extrusion-molding a polypropylene raw material into a planar board to a step of applying a filter sheet to the board to complete a drainage material and the structure of the air-cooled apparatus is improved to cool an extruded product by an air cooling method changed from a conventional water-cooling method, such that, in comparison with a product manufactured by the water-cooling method, tensile strength and side pressure are increased by 20% or more and drainage performance is extraordinarily increased. In particular, core board is formed by an extended wide width and is cut at a time, such that a plurality of cores are manufactured, thereby significantly increasing the manufacturing quantity per time. The air-cooled apparatus comprises an extrusion part (100), a rolling part (200), a lower air-cooling part (300), an upper air-cooling part (400), a first drawing part (500), a cutting part (600), a second drawing part (700), a coating part (800), a drawing part (900), and a winding part (1000).
본 발명은 연약지반 개량용 배수재의 공랭식 제조장치에 관련되며, 이는 폴리프로필렌(PP) 원료를 판형 보드로 압출 성형하는 단계에서 부터 필터지를 피복하여 배수재를 완성하기까지 수행되는 각 단계별 일련의 제조공정이 단일 공정으로 연속 수행되고, 기존 수냉방식을 공랭방식으로 전환하여 압출물을 냉각하도록 구조 개선함에 따라 기존 수냉식 제품 대비 인장강도, 측압이 20%이상 향상됨과 더불어 배수성능이 월등이 우수하게 개선되며, 특히 코어원판 사이즈를 광폭으로 확장 성형한 후, 이를 세절하여 한번에 복수의 코어를 제조하므로 수냉식 제조공정 대비 시간당 생산량이 크게 증가될 수 있도록 압출파트(100), 롤링파트(200), 하부 공랭파트(300), 상부 공랭파트(400), 제 1인출파트(500), 커팅파트(600), 제 2인출파트(700), 피복파트(800), 제 3인출파트(900), 와인딩파트(1000)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 한다.
