PLANTING METHOD FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF PILE USING PLANTING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a method for planting an artificial turf pile by using a planting device, comprising: a brushing step of simultaneously brushing a yarn of a planting stapler side or the yarn of the planting stapler side and the artificial turf pile planted in a block body by rotating a rotating cutter around a hinge shaft; and a cutting step of separating the artificial turf pile planted in the block body from the yarn by rotating the rotating cutter around the hinge shaft in a state of increasing the planting stapler and intersecting with a fixed cutter. The present invention can cut the yarn planted in a planting hole.
본 발명은 회전커터가 힌지축을 중심으로 회전하여 식모 스테이플러 측의 원사 또는 식모 스테이플러 측의 원사와 블록 본체에 식모된 인조잔디파일을 동시에 브러싱 하는 브러싱 단계; 및 식모 스테이플러가 상승한 상태에서 회전커터가 힌지축을 중심으로 회전하여 고정커터와 교차하면서 블록 본체에 식모된 인조잔디파일이 원사에서 분리되도록 하는 커팅 단계; 를 포함하는 식모장치를 이용한 인조잔디파일 식모방법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a method for planting an artificial turf pile by using a planting device, comprising: a brushing step of simultaneously brushing a yarn of a planting stapler side or the yarn of the planting stapler side and the artificial turf pile planted in a block body by rotating a rotating cutter around a hinge shaft; and a cutting step of separating the artificial turf pile planted in the block body from the yarn by rotating the rotating cutter around the hinge shaft in a state of increasing the planting stapler and intersecting with a fixed cutter. 본 발명은 회전커터가 힌지축을 중심으로 회전하여 식모 스테이플러 측의 원사 또는 식모 스테이플러 측의 원사와 블록 본체에 식모된 인조잔디파일을 동시에 브러싱 하는 브러싱 단계; 및 식모 스테이플러가 상승한 상태에서 회전커터가 힌지축을 중심으로 회전하여 고정커터와 교차하면서 블록 본체에 식모된 인조잔디파일이 원사에서 분리되도록 하는 커팅 단계; 를 포함하는 식모장치를 이용한 인조잔디파일 식모방법을 제공한다.
