Sewage auxiliary pipe on-site pouring installation method
The present invention provides a cast-in-place installation method for an auxiliary sewage pipe, which includes: a drain cleaning step of identifying a state of the inside of a drain and cleaning the inside of the drain; a first water diverting step of blocking an upper manhole and diverting water; an auxiliary pipe installing step of installing the auxiliary pipe in the drain; a mortar placing step of blocking both end portions of the auxiliary pipe by using a mortar frame and placing mortar; a flattening step of flattening the mortar by using a plastering device; and a first water passing step of allowing the water to flow into the drain, wherein the water flowing into the drain in the first water passing step is moved to the auxiliary pipe by being blocked by the mortar frame. Therefore, the cast-in-place installation method for an auxiliary sewage pipe can reduce construction costs and time.
본 발명은 하수관 내부의 상태를 파악하고 청소하는 하수관 정리단계, 상부 맨홀을 막고 물돌리기를 실시하는 제1 물돌리기 실시단계, 하수관 내부에 보조관을 설치하는 보조관 설치단계, 상기 보조관의 양측단부를 모르타르틀을 이용하여 막고 모르타르를 타설하는 모르타르 타설단계, 미장기기를 이용하여 상기 모르타르를 평탄화하는 평탄화 단계 및 상기 하수관 내부로 물을 흐르게 하는 제1 통수 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제1 통수 단계에서 상기 하수관으로 흐르는 물은 상기 모르타르틀에 막혀 상기 보조관으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수도 보조관 현장 타설 설치 공법을 제공한다.
