The present invention relates to a mortar pouring machine for repairing underground structures and culverts, comprising: a mainframe; a driving means which includes moving units, which are mounted on both sides on a front side and a rear side of the mainframe, and on whose both side ends, moving wheels are mounted, a driving motor which supplies rotary force to the moving units, and a power supply unit which supplies power to the driving motor; a moving means which includes a pair of handle frames, which are placed on an upper side of the mainframe and mounted on both sides with a distance from each other, a connection frame, which is mounted between the pair of handle frames, an LED lamp, which is selectively mounted on the connection frame, and a camera; a mortar accommodation tank which is mounted in front of the mainframe, and which has an upper side, which is opened and has a mortar accommodation space for accommodating mortar inside, a lower side, which has a mortar discharge hole, which discharges mortar to the underground structure, culvert underground structure, and culvert, and both sides, which have a supporter mounted to flatten the mortar discharged through the mortar discharge hole; a sensor unit mounted on an upper side of the mortar accommodation tank to measure the accommodated volume of mortar in the mortar accommodation space in real time; a mortar supply means which includes an inflow pipe, which is mounted on a rear side of the mainframe and which has a valve for supplying or blocking the mortar supplied through a mortar supply line, a branch pipe, which is mounted in front of the inflow pipe and which distributes the mortar, and a discharge pipe which has one end, which is engaged with the branch pipe, and the other end which is placed in the mortar accommodation tank and which supplies the mortar into the mortar accommodation space; a screed which is placed in front of the mortar accommodation tank, and which flattens the mortar discharged from the mortar discharge hole of the mortar accommodation tank; and a controller which controls the valve of the mortar supply means based on the operations of the moving means and the measurement values of the sensor unit. The present invention aims to provide a mortar pouring machine for repairing underground structures and culverts, which is able to improve work efficiency and prevent accidents.
본 발명은 지하구조물 및 암거 보수용 몰탈 타설기에 관한 것으로서, 본체; 상기 본체의 전후방 양측에 장착되고 양측 끝단에 이동바퀴가 장착되는 이동부와 상기 이동부에 회전력을 공급하는 구동모터 및 상기 구동모터에 전원을 공급하는 전원부로 구성되는 구동수단; 상기 본체의 상부에 배치되며 양측에 간격을 두고 장착되는 한 쌍의 손잡이 프레임과 상기 손잡이 프레임의 사이에 장착되는 연결 프레임 및 상기 연결 프레임에 선택적으로 장착되는 LED 램프와 카메라로 구성되는 이동수단; 상기 본체의 전방에 장착되고, 상부는 개방되면서 내부에는 몰탈을 수용하는 몰탈 수용공간이 형성되며, 하부에는 지하구조물 및 암거지하구조물 및 암거로 몰탈을 배출하는 몰탈 배출공이 형성되고, 양측에는 상기 몰탈 배출공을 통해 배출되는 몰탈을 평탄화하하는 지지구가 장착되는 몰탈 수용통; 상기 몰탈 수용통의 상부에 장착되고 몰탈 수용공간에 수용되는 몰탈의 수용량을 실시간으로 측정하는 센서부; 상기 본체의 후방에 장착되며 몰탈공급라인을 통해 공급되는 몰탈을 공급 또는 차단하는 밸브가 구비된 유입배관과 상기 유입배관의 전방에 장착되고 몰탈을 분배하는 분기관 및 일단이 상기 분기관에 결합되고 타단은 몰탈 수용통에 배치되어 몰탈 수용공간으로 몰탈을 공급하는 배출배관으로 구성되는 몰탈 공급수단; 상기 몰탈 수용통의 전방에 배치되고 상기 몰탈 수용통의 몰탈 배출공에서 배출되는 몰탈을 평탄작업하는 스크리트; 및 상기 이동수단의 작동과 상기 센서부의 측정값을 기준으로 몰탈 공급수단의 밸브를 제어하는 제어기;를 포함한다.
