The present invention relates to a functional cement mortar composition for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure and a method for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure using the same. According to the present invention, the functional cement mortar composition comprises: 24-60 wt% of an inorganic binder; 5-70 wt% of fine aggregate; 1-20 wt% of a functional admixture; and 5-25 wt% of water. The inorganic binder comprises: 20-80 wt% of early-strength type Portland cement; 3-40 wt% of amorphous calcium aluminate; 10-35 wt% of diatomite; 1-25 wt% of silicon nitride; 1-25 wt% of zirconium boride; 1-15 wt% of gypsum; 1-10 wt% of copper oxide; 1-15 wt% aluminosilicate; 0.5-10 wt% of sepiolite; 0.5-10 wt% of beryllium oxide, 0.4-10 wt% of halosite; 0.4-10 wt% of hydrophilic fibers; and 0.2-10 wt% of a curing retarder, based on the total weigth of the inorganic binder. The functional admixture comprises: 35-95 wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate; 0.1-15 wt% of nitro-cellulose; 0.1-25 wt% of cyanoacrylate; 0.1-15 wt% of an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer; and 0.2-25 wt% of polybutylene terephthalate, based on the total weight of the functional admixture.

The present invention relates to a functional cement mortar composition for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure and a method for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure using the same.
