The present invention relates to a door hinge for a special purpose truck with a function of a stopper, which comprises: a support unit fixed to a loading box of the special purpose truck; and a rotary unit of which one end is engaged with the support unit by a hinge and the other end is mounted on a door mounted for entry or exit of the loading box. The rotary unit can be fixed by setting the rotary angle to set the opening angle of the door fastened with the rotary unit. More specifically, the support unit includes: a support bracket fixed to the loading box; and a fixed disc of which the lower surface is fixed to an upper surface of the support bracket. The central unit of the fixed disc has a hollow hole penetrated vertically, and a plurality of insertion holes formed on the edge around the hollow hole to be apart from each other in a circumferential direction. The rotary unit includes: a rotary disc rotatably fastened with an upper surface of the fixed disc; and a rotary frame of which one end is fixed to an upper surface of the rotary disc and the other end is fixed to the door. The edge of the rotary disc has a settlement hole formed to correspond to the insertion hole formed on the fixed disc when the rotary disc rotates. The settlement hole has a function of a stopper to prevent the rotary disc from rotating only when the settlement hole formed on the rotary disc is on the same vertical line as that of the insertion hole formed on the fixed disc. According to the present invention, the door hinge for a special purpose truck having a function of a stopper has a simple structure to be easily manufactured and has a strong fastening force and support force to maintain the door fixed, thereby providing a safe work environment to workers.
본 발명은 특장차의 적재함에 고정되는 지지부와, 일단이 상기 지지부에 힌지결합하고 타단은 적재함으로 드나들기 위해 장착된 도어에 장착되는 회전부로 이루어져 있되, 상기 회전부는 회전각도를 설정하여 고정할 수 있어 회전부에 체결되는 도어의 개방각도를 설정할 수 있는 특장차용 도어 힌지에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 지지부는 적재함에 고정되는 지지브래킷과, 상기 지지브래킷의 상면에 하면이 고정되는 고정원판으로 이루어져 있되, 상기 고정원판의 중심부는 상하로 관통된 중공홀이 형성되고, 가장자리에는 중공홀을 중심으로 복수 개의 삽입홀이 원주방향으로 이격되게 형성되어 있는 것이며, 상기 회전부는 상기 고정원판의 상면에 회전가능하게 체결되는 회전원판과, 상기 회전원판의 상면에 일단이 고정되고 타단은 도어에 고정되는 회전프레임으로 이루어져 있되, 상기 회전원판의 가장자리에는 회전시 고정원판에 형성된 삽입홀에 대응하도록 하나의 안착홀이 형성되고, 상기 안착홀에는 회전원판에 형성된 안착홀과 고정원판에 형성된 삽입홀이 동일 수직선상에 위치할 때에만 회전원판의 회전하지 못하도록 스토퍼 기능이 있는 특장차용 힌지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 스토퍼 기능이 있는 특장차용 도어 힌지는 구조가 간단하여 제작이 용이하고, 체결력과 지지력이 강해 도어가 고정된 상태를 유지할 수 있어 작업자의 안전한 작업환경을 제공할 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
