Door hinge with stopper
The present invention relates to a door hinge with a stopper which minimizes damage to a door. The door hinge with a stopper comprises: a first and a second housing (110, 120) divided in a cylindrical shape to be coupled to each other; a rotary shaft (400) installed in the first and second housings (110, 120) via a plurality of bearings (510, 520, 540), wherein the end of one side thereof protrudes to the outside; a torsion spring (200) installed in the first and second housings (110, 120) to play an automatically closing door check role by controlling torsion in accordance with rotation of the rotary shaft (400); and a stopper (700) which is provided on the outer circumference of the rotary shaft (400) and in the first and second housings, and fixes the rotating position of the rotary shaft (400). The door hinge with a stopper is installed on a fire door or the like to automatically close the door when the door is opened and maintain an opened state if needed.
본 발명은 도어 힌지에 관한 것으로, 원통형으로 이분형성되어 서로 결합되는 제1 및 제2 하우징(110)(120), 상기 제1 및 제2 하우징(110)(120) 내부에 복수개의 베어링(510)(520)(540)을 매개로 설치되며 일측 종단이 외부로 돌출되는 회전축(400), 상기 제1 및 제2 하우징(110)(120)내부에 설치되어 회전축(400)의 회전에 따라 토션이 제어되어 자동으로 닫히도록 하는 도어첵 역할을 하는 토션스프링(200), 상기 회전축(400)의 외주와 제1 및 제2 하우징 내부에 구비되며 회전축(400)의 회전위치를 고정시키는 스톱퍼(700)로 구성되어 방화문 등에 설치되어 개방시 자동으로 닫히도록 하면서 필요한 경우 열린 상태를 유지시키는 스톱퍼를 구비한 도어힌지에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a door hinge with a stopper which minimizes damage to a door.
