PENETRATION STRENGTHENING COMPOSITION FOR GROOVING CONSTRUCTION AND GROOVING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a penetrative reinforcement composition for grooving construction to significantly increase structural stability of a road surface formed by grooving construction. According to the present invention, the penetrative reinforcement composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of a water-soluble crosslinking agent; 10 to 30 parts by weight of an alkoxysilane compound; 10 to 30 parts by weight of hydro propylene cellulose; 0.1 to 1.0 parts by weight of a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS)-based UV stabilizer; and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of ceramic powder extracted by melting a compound represented by chemical formula 1 or basalt. In the chemical formula 1: R_1, R_2, R_3, and R_4 individually include at least one of H, a C1-C6 alkyl group and a C6-C12 cycloalkyl group; and at least one of R_1 to R_4 includes a portion substituted with F or Cl.
본 발명은 수분 용해성 가교제 100 중량부; 알콕시 실란계 화합물 10 내지 30 중량부; 하이드로프로필셀룰로오스 10 내지 30 중량부; HALS(Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer)계 UV 안정제 0.1 내지 1.0 중량부; 및 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 또는 현무암을 용융하여 추출된 세라믹 분말 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 그루빙 시공용 침투강화 조성물을 제공한다. 상기 조성물은 그루빙 시공된 도로면의 구조적 안정성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있다.
