The present invention relates to a fastening pin with a natural separation prevention function which can be universally used in various industrial machine apparatuses or construction equipment such as an excavator and, more specifically, to a fastening pin for heavy equipment with a natural separation prevention function of a novel form which, for example, prevents a fastening pin installed on a towing ring of an excavator which is one of construction equipment to be coupled to prevent natural separation of a wire connected to the towing ring from being separated by damaging a fastening state by a strong impact or continuous friction with the ground to maintain a stable and firm fastening state. The fastening pin with a stopping structure using an elastic plate comprises: a bar shaped body (10) having a female screw unit (11) and a stopping unit (12) formed on one side thereof; a head unit (20) constructed on one side of the body (10) to have a larger diameter than the body (10); and an elastic plate (30) sticking to the stopping unit (12) and having elasticity to be tightly fixed on the body (10) by a fixing bolt (40) screw-fastened to the female screw unit (11).
본 발명은 다양한 산업기계장치 또는 굴삭기와 같은 건설장비 등에 범용적으로 사용될 수 있는 자연분리 방지 기능을 갖는 체결핀에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 설명하면, 일예로 건설장비 중 하나인 굴삭기의 견인고리에 설치되어 견인고리에 연결된 와이어의 자연분리를 방지하기 위하여 결합되는 체결핀이 지면과의 연속된 지면과의 마찰이나 강한 충격에 의하여 체결상태가 손상되어 분리되는 것을 물리적으로 방지할 수 있어 안정적이고 견고한 체결상태를 유지할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 자연분리 방지 기능을 갖는 중장비용 체결핀에 관한 것이다.
