Screen apparatus for removing contaminants and suspended solids
The present invention relates to a screen apparatus for removing contaminants and suspended solids, which aims to remove contaminants and suspended solids from introduced water mixed with the contaminants and the suspended solids. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the screen apparatus for removing contaminants and suspended solids comprises: a filter screen unit which is made of a plurality of apart wedge bars for removing foreign substances; a transfer screen unit which is extended from an upper end of the filter screen unit towards an upper side to transfer the foreign substances filtered by the filter screen unit towards an upper side; a discharge unit which is placed on an upper end of the transfer screen unit to discharge the foreign substances transferred to the upper side of the transfer screen unit to the outside; a rake plate placed in a horizontal direction of the filter screen unit to collect and lift the foreign substances stuck on the filter screen unit; a rake driving unit which circulates and moves the rake plate from the filter screen unit through the transfer screen unit and the discharge unit and back to the filter screen unit; and an air spray unit which is installed on the discharge unit and sprays air to the rake plate placed on the discharge unit so as to remove the remaining foreign substances on the rake plate. The air spray unit includes: a nozzle which sprays air to the rake plate; an air compressor which compresses and supplies air to the nozzle; and a nozzle control switch which comes in contact with the rake plate and opens the nozzle to spray air from the nozzle when the rake plate is placed at a position corresponding to the nozzle. Accordingly, the present invention is able to prevent the corrosion in accordance with the settlement of foreign substances, thereby improving durability.
본 발명은 협잡물 및 부유물이 혼입되는 유입수에서 협잡물 및 부유물을 걸러내기 위한 협잡물 및 부유물 처리용 스크린장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 협잡물 및 부유물 처리용 스크린장치는 이물질을 걸러내는 복수 개의 이격된 웨지바로 구성된 여과스크린부, 상기 여과스크린부의 상단에서 상부로 연장되어 상기 여과스크린부에 걸러진 이물질을 상부로 이송하는 이송스크린부, 상기 이송스크린부의 상단에 위치되어 상기 이송스크린부의 상부로 이송된 이물질을 외부로 배출하는 토출부, 상기 여과스크린부의 수평방향으로 배치되어 상기 여과스크린부에 걸린 이물질을 모아 인양하는 레이크판, 상기 레이크판을 상기 여과스크린부로부터 상기 이송스크린부 및 상기 토출부를 거처 다시 상기 여과스크린부로 순환하여 이동시키는 레이크구동부, 및 상기 토출부에 설치되어 상기 토출부에 위치한 상기 레이크판에 공기를 분사하여 상기 레이크판에 잔류된 이물질을 제거하는 공기분사부를 포함하고, 상기 공기분사부는 상기 레이크판을 향해 공기를 분사하는 노즐, 상기 노즐로 공기를 압축하여 공급하는 공기압축기, 및 상기 레이크판이 상기 노즐과 대응되는 위치에 위치하면 상기 노즐에서 공기를 분사하도록 상기 레이크판에 접촉되면서 상기 노즐을 개방하는 노즐제어스위치를 포함한다. 따라서, 이물질의 고착에 따른 부식을 방지하여 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a screen apparatus for removing contaminants and suspended solids, which aims to remove contaminants and suspended solids from introduced water mixed with the contaminants and the suspended solids.
