본 발명은 마그네슘을 초산으로 반응시킨 중공형 패널에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 높은 불연성과 강도 및 경량화의 장점을 갖지만 내수성이 약하다는 한계를 지닌 마그네슘 패널의 내수성을 개량 보강하여 벽체로서의 특성을 완벽하게 수행할 수 있도록 개선된 마그네슘을 초산으로 반응시킨 중공형 패널에 관한 것이다.
