The simply installed and replaced elastic support fastening apparatus includes: a sole plate (310) fixed to the upper structure; a masonry plate (320) fixed to the lower structure; an elastic support (100) installed between the sole plate (310) and the masonry plate (320); and a fixture fixing the elastic support (100) to the sole plate (310) and the masonry plate (320).
