The present invention relates to an elastic support with easy identification of rotational displacement and horizontal displacement, which is installed on a lower structure of a bridge to support an upper structure of the bridge. The elastic support with easy identification of rotational displacement and horizontal displacement includes: an upper plate (41) and a lower plate (42); an elastic pad (43) fixed between the upper plate (41) and the lower plate (42); an upper indicator (10) fixed to the upper plate (41); and a lower indicator (20) fixed to the lower plate (42).
