The present invention includes: a main body frame having a wheel member so as to be moved along a concrete structure which is an object to be repaired; a storage tank which is installed on the main body frame, stores a repair material, and has a valve member and a lever member adjusting the placing amount of the repair material; a height adjusting part provided on a guide frame extended from the main body frame, implementing a flattening operation by pressing the repair material discharged from the storage tank, and adjusting a height and a gradient of an upper surface of the object to be repaired, to which the repair material is applied; and a vibration providing part provided on the height adjusting part and providing vibration to the height adjusting part during the flattening operation. The present invention is characterized in that a repair operation is implemented by storing the repair material in the storage tank and opening the valve member to apply the repair material to the upper surface of the object to be repaired while moving the main body frame at a predetermined speed along a drain of the transportation facilities, and a compaction process is implemented on the object to be repaired, to which the repair material is applied, while the height adjusting part is vibrated by the vibration transmitted from the vibration providing part.
본 발명은, 보수대상물인 콘크리트 구조물을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 바퀴부재가 구비되는 본체프레임; 상기 본체프레임에 설치되고, 보수재가 수납되며, 보수재의 포설량을 조절하는 밸브부재가 및 레버부재가 구비되는 저장탱크; 상기 본체프레임으로부터 연장되는 가이드프레임에 구비되고, 상기 저장탱크로부터 배출되는 보수재를 가압하여 평탄화 작업을 진행하며, 보수재가 도포되는 보수대상물의 상면 높이 및 구배를 조절하는 높이조절부; 및 상기 높이조절부에 구비되고, 평탄화 작업이 진행되는 동안에 상기 높이조절부에 진동을 제공하는 진동제공부를 포함하고, 상기 저장탱크에 보수재를 수납하고, 교통시설물의 배수로를 따라 상기 본체프레임을 일정한 속도로 이동시키면서 상기 밸브부재를 개방하여 보수대상물의 상면에 보수재를 도포하면서 보수작업을 진행하고, 상기 진동제공부로부터 전달되는 진동에 의해 상기 높이조절부가 진동되면서 보수재가 도포되는 보수대상물에 다짐공정을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
