RAPID HARDENING GEOPOLYMER REPAIR MORTAR AND REPAIRING METHOD SIDE GUTTER MEDIAN BOUNDARY STONE USING THE SAME
A rapid hardening geopolymer repair mortar according to the present invention comprises 20 to 25% by weight of fly ash, 10 to 15% by weight of kaolin, 3 to 6% by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate cement, 2 to 4% by weight of gypsum, 3 to 5% by weight of activator, 5 to 8% by weight of super-fast hardener, 1 to 4% by weight of coagulation regulator, 0.1 to 0.3% by weight of polypropylene fibers, and 45 to 52% by weight of aggregate. Also, a method for repairing a gutter, a median, and boundary stone using the rapid hardening geopolymer repair mortar comprises: a preparation step of cleaning a deteriorated concrete surface; a patching step of mixing and injecting a rapid hardening geopolymer repair mortar, an adhesion enhancer, and water into a chipped portion; a cleaning step of removing foreign substances; a first pouring step of partially pouring so as to be spaced apart at predetermined intervals using a rapid hardening geopolymer repair mortar; a grid installation step of installing a mesh-type grid; a second pouring step of pouring the rapid hardening geopolymer mortar and filling the space between the rapid hardening geopolymer repair mortars poured in the first pouring step; an adhesion enhancer application step of applying an adhesion enhancer; a repair mortar pouring step of pouring the rapid hardening geopolymer repair mortar over the entire concrete surface; and a finishing step of applying a curing agent or covering the curing cloth. Accordingly, the present invention improves durability and maintains the repair effect for a long time.
본 발명에 따른 속경형 지오폴리머 보수용 몰탈은 플라이애시 20 내지 25중량%, 고령토 10 내지 15중량%, 칼슘 설포 알루미네이트 시멘트 3 내지 6중량%, 석고 2 내지 4중량%, 자극제 3 내지 5중량%, 초속경화제 5 내지 8중량%, 응결조절제 1 내지 4중량%, 폴리프로필렌 섬유 0.1 내지 0.3중량% 및 골재 45 내지 52중량%를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다. 또한, 속경형 지오폴리머 보수용 몰탈을 이용한 측구, 중앙분리대, 경계석의 보수 방법에 있어서, 열화된 콘크리트 표면을 정리하는 준비단계; 치핑된 부분에 속경형 지오폴리머 보수용 몰탈, 접착 증강제 및 물을 혼합하여 주입하는 패칭단계; 이물질을 제거하는 청소단계; 속경형 지오폴리머 보수용 몰탈을 이용하여 소정간격 이격되도록 부분 타설하는 1차 타설단계; 망사형 그리드를 설치하는 그리드 설치단계; 상기 1차 타설단계에서 타설된 속경형 지오폴리머 보수용 몰탈 사이사이의 공간에 속경형 지오폴리머 보수용 몰탈을 타설하여 메우는 2차 타설단계; 접착 증강제를 도포하는 접착 증강제 도포단계; 속경형 지오폴리머 보수용 몰탈을 콘크리트 표면 전체에 타설하는 보수용 몰탈 타설단계; 및 양생제를 도포하거나 또는 양생포를 덮는 마감단계;를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
