AUTO CONSTRUCT SYSTEN FOR SIDE GUTTER AND BOUNDARY STONE
The present invention relates to an automatic construction system for a gutter and a boundary stone, which can construct a gutter and arrange boundary stones without workers. The automatic construction system for a gutter and boundary stones comprises: a moving vehicle (100) moved along a road; a gutter construction device (200) coupled to a side of the moving vehicle (100) to be moved with the moving vehicle (100) and pouring concrete on a side of the road to form a gutter (A); and a boundary stone construction device (300) coupled to the gutter construction device (200) to continuously supply boundary stones to the upper surface of the gutter formed by the gutter construction device (200) to construct boundary stones. The gutter construction device (200) includes: a gutter shape form (210) formed to correspond to a gutter shape; and a concrete supply unit (220) to supply concrete to the gutter shape form (210). The boundary stone construction device (300) includes: a boundary stone transport unit (310) arranged on the upper surface of the gutter shape form (210) to transport boundary stones along the upper surface of the gutter shape form (210); and a boundary stone discharge unit (340) arranged on a discharge end side of the boundary stone transport unit (310) to discharge boundary stones moved by the boundary stone transport unit (310) to an upper portion of the gutter completely constructed.
본 발명은 측구 및 경계석 자동시공시스템에 관한 것으로서, 도로를 따라 이동되는 이동차량(100)과;상기 이동차량(100)의 측면에 결합되어 상기 이동차량(100)과 함께 이동되며, 상기 도로의 측면에 콘크리트를 타설하여 측구(A)를 형성하는 측구시공장치(200)와; 상기 측구시공장치(200)에 결합되어 상기 측구시공장치(200)에 의해 형성된 측구의 상면에 경계석블록을 연속으로 공급하여 경계석을 시공하는 경계석시공장치(300)를 포함하며, 상기 측구시공장치(200)는, 측구형상에 대응되게 형성된 측구형상거푸집(210)과; 상기 측구형상거푸집(210)으로 콘크리트를 공급하는 콘크리트공급부(220)를 포함하며. 상기 경계석시공장치(300)는, 상기 측구형상거푸집(210)의 상면에 구비되어 경계석블록을 상기 측구형상거푸집(210)의 상면을 따라 이송하는 경계석블록운반부(310)와; 상기 경계석블록운반부(310)의 배출단 측에 구비되어 상기 경계석블록운반부(310)를 통해 이동된 경계석블록을 시공이 완료된 측구의 상부로 배출하는 경계석배출부(340)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
