Method of manufacturing heat-radiating sheets by using wasted graphite
According to the present invention, it is possible to significantly reduce the generation of waste acid and waste when manufacturing expanded graphite, and it is possible to economically manufacture expanded graphite having a low content of volatile substances and good appearance, thereby being able to efficiently manufacture a heat radiation sheet having excellent thermal conductivity. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the heat radiation sheet comprising a step of pulverizing a graphite material including waste graphite, selectively intercalating the same, followed by heat-treating the same to form a sheet.
본 발명에 따르면, 팽창 흑연 제조시 폐산, 폐기물의 발생을 현저히 감소시킬 수 있고, 휘발성 물질의 함량이 낮고 외관이 양호한 팽창 흑연을 경제적으로 제조할 수 있으며, 따라서 열전도율이 우수한 방열 시트를 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다.
