METHOD FOR RECYCLING WASTED GRAPHITE AND FLOOR STRUCTURE FOR HEAT USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a graphite waste recycling method, and a floor heating structure using the same. To this end, the graphite waste recycling method comprises the following steps: a pulverization step of pulverizing graphite waste to a predetermined size; an impurity treatment step of removing foreign matters from pulverized graphite waste; and a drying step of drying the impurities-removed graphite. Therefore, it is possible to reduce material costs and effectively manufacture the floor heating structure by pulverizing graphite waste and treating the impurities for recycling. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the material cost, improve work efficiency of a worker during floor heating construction, prevent industrial disasters caused by graphite dust, and increase heat transfer efficiency of the floor heating structure, thereby being advantageous in construction of buildings.
본 발명은 폐흑연의 재활용 방법 및 이를 이용한 바닥 난방구조체에 관한 것으로, 폐흑연의 재활용 방법은 폐흑연을 일정한 크기로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계; 분쇄된 폐흑연으로부터 이물질을 제거하는 불순물 처리단계; 및 불순물이 제거된 흑연을 건조하는 건조단계;를 포함하고, 그로 인해 흑연 폐기물을 분쇄하고 불순물을 처리하여 재활용이 가능하므로 자재비를 절감하고, 바닥 난방구조체를 효과적으로 제조하는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 자재비 절감이 가능하고, 바닥 난방 시공시 작업자의 작업 효율을 향상시키고, 흑연분진으로 인한 산업 재해를 방지하며, 바닥 난방구조체의 열전달 효율을 높이고, 건축물 시공에 유리한 효과가 있다.
