Railroad Structure Alteration System and Railroad Structure Alteration Eexecution Method Thereof
Provided is a railroad structure alteration system comprising: a sleeper unit installed to be spaced at a regular interval in the longitudinal direction of rails under the rails for enabling a railroad to be rapidly constructed and firmly and fixedly supporting the rails; a leg unit installed between the sleeper unit and a roadbed to support the sleeper unit from the roadbed; and a rail coupling unit installed to fixate the rail on the upper side of the sleeper unit, wherein the leg unit includes: a fixation plate fixed on the roadbed; a first leg unit having one side fixed at the fixation plate; a second leg unit having one side fixed on the sleeper unit; and a third leg having one side screw-coupled to the first leg and the other side screw-coupled to the second leg, and adjusting the gap between the fixation plate and the sleeper unit according to rotation in a state that the fixation plate and the sleeper unit are fixed. The present invention makes it unnecessary to temporarily disassemble or remove parts supporting the rails in the process of altering the railroad structure, thereby shortening a construction period and lowering construction costs.
신속하게 궤도를 시공하고 레일을 견고하게 고정 지지하도록, 레일의 하측에 레일의 길이방향을 따라 일정 간격을 두고 설치되는 침목부와, 침목부과 노반 사이에 설치되어 노반으로부터 침목부를 지지하는 다리부와, 침목부의 상측에 레일을 정착시키도록 설치되는 레일체결부를 포함하고, 다리부는 노반에 고정되는 고정플레이트와, 고정플레이트에 일측이 고정되는 제1다리와, 침목부에 일측이 고정되는 제2다리와, 일측이 제1다리와 나사결합되고 타측이 제2다리와 나사결합되며 고정플레이트와 침목부가 고정된 상태에서 회전시킴에 따라 고정플레이트와 침목부의 간격이 조절되는 제3다리를 포함하여 이루어지는 궤도 구조 변경시스템을 제공한다.
