The present invention relates to a window improved for convenient opening and closing and excellent airtightness. The window includes: a window frame (10) comprising an inner frame (11) installed on an indoor side of an opening part provided on a wall of a building, and an outer frame (12) installed on an outdoor side; a pair of windows (20) mounted in the inner/outer frames (11, 12) respectively to be opened or closed through sliding movement; insulation members (30) interposed between the inner/outer frames (11, 12) to block heat delivery and a gap with the windows (20); a sealing member (40) mounted vertically between the insulation members (30) where the closed windows (20) are overlapped with each other, and engaged with the closed windows (20) to block a gap; and pressing members (50) mounted on the windows (20) and the window frame (10) where the sealing member (40) is located, and forcibly pressing the windows (20) such that the windows can automatically come in close contact with the insulation members (30) and the sealing member (40) as the window frame (10) and the windows (20) interfere in each other towards the indoor/outdoor sides on a spot where the windows (20) are closed. Therefore, since the pressing member is formed in a part where the closed windows are overlapped with each other, the windows can be forcibly pressed to automatically come in close contact with the insulation members and the sealing member provided on the window frame during the closing procedure of the windows, thereby securing excellent airtightness as well as reducing manufacturing costs and improving user convenience thanks to the omission of a locking member such as a crescent or the like.

본 발명은 편리한 개폐와 함께 우수한 기밀성을 가지도록 개선한 창호에 관한 것으로, 건물의 벽체에 마련된 개구부 중 실내 측에 설치되는 내부프레임(11)과, 실외 측에 설치되는 외부프레임(12)으로 구성된 창틀(10); 상기 내/외부프레임(11)(12)내에 각각 슬라이드 이동으로 개폐되게 장착되는 한 쌍의 창문(20); 상기 내/외부프레임(11)(12) 사이에 개재되어 열전달과 창문(20)과의 틈을 차단하는 단열부재(30); 상기 폐쇄된 창문(20)들이 서로 중첩되는 단열부재(30) 사이에 수직하게 장착되고, 상기 폐쇄된 창문(20)들과 맞물려 틈을 차단하는 기밀부재(40); 상기 기밀부재(40)가 위치하는 창틀(10)과 창문(20)에 각각 장착되고, 상기 창문(20)이 폐쇄되는 지점에서 창틀(10)과 창문(20)이 실내/외측을 향해 상호 간섭되어 상기 창문(20)을 단열부재(30)와 기밀부재(40)에 자동으로 밀착되게 강제 압박해주는 누름부재(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 폐쇄된 창문들이 서로 중첩되는 부위에 누름부재를 구성함으로써, 창문이 폐쇄되는 과정에서 창틀에 마련된 단열부재 및 기밀부재에 자동으로 밀착되게 강제 압박해줌에 따라 우수한 기밀성을 확보할 수 있음은 물론 크리센트 따위의 잠금부재를 생략할 수 있어 제작비용 절감과 함께 사용의 편의성을 향상할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
