The present invention relates to a joint unit connecting a valve chamber (1) regulating a flow path to a pre-installed existing tube (5). The joint unit includes: an access pipe (10) comprising an access tube (11) inserted into the valve chamber (1) and an access flange (15) integrated with one end of the connection tube (11); a connection pipe (20) comprising a connection tube (21) connected to the existing tube (5), and connection flanges (25) integrated with both ends of the connection tube (21); a joint pipe (30) comprising a joint tube (31) connected to the access pipe (10) and the connection pipe (20), and a joint flange (35) interposed between both ends of the joint tube (31) to induce a change of a predetermined angle from the access pipe (10) and the connection pipe (20); and a connection member including a sealing flange (41) fastened with the valve chamber (1) to press a joint of the access tube (11), and a fastening means integrating the sealing flange (41) with the access tube (11). Therefore, the joint unit is capable of applying a joint structure in which free rotation within a set angle is possible while improving a connection structure, thereby improving the compatibility and convenience of installation overall as well as showing excellent airtightness and earthquake-proof performance.
본 발명은 유로를 단속하는 밸브실(1)과 기 설치된 기존관(5)을 연결하는 이음유닛에 관한 것으로, 위 밸브실(1)에 삽입되는 접속관(11)과, 위 접속관(11)의 일단에 접속플랜지(15)가 일체로 형성되는 접속배관(10); 위 기존관(5)에 연결되는 연결관(21)과, 위 연결관(21)의 양단에 연결플랜지(25)가 일체로 형성되는 연결배관(20); 위 접속배관(10)과 연결배관(20)에 연결되는 관절관(31)과, 위 관절관(31)의 양단에 연결배관(10)과 접속배관(20)으로부터 소정 각도로 가변되게 유도하는 관절플랜지(35)가 개재되는 관절배관(30); 위 밸브실(1)에 체결되어 접속관(11)의 이음매를 가압하는 기밀플랜지(41)와, 위 기밀플랜지(41)와 접속관(11)을 일체로 결속하는 체결수단을 구비하는 연결부재(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 설정 각도 내에서 자유롭게 회동 가능한 관절구조가 적용됨과 함께 밸브실과의 연결구조가 개선됨에 따라 전반적으로 설치의 호환성과 편의성을 향상함과 더불어 우수한 기밀성과 내진성능을 발휘할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
