Method And Apparatus For Removing Reinforced Concrete Pile
The present invention relates to a reinforced concrete pile removing method and a device thereof. The method comprises: a preparation step of exposing one end of a reinforcing bar to the ground by crushing a head-side concrete portion of a pile buried in the ground by inserting the at least two reinforcing bars into the concrete portion in a longitudinal direction of the concrete portion; a casing insertion step of burying a casing in the ground so that the pile is inserted into an inner circumferential side of the casing by matching the center of the hollow cylindrical casing having an inner diameter greater than the outer diameter of the pile and the center of the pile; a drawing portion fastening step of fastening drawing portions to the reinforcing bars, respectively; a reinforcing bar removal step of drawing the other end of the reinforcing bar to the ground by moving the drawing portion upward and rotating the drawing portion in one direction based on the center of the casing; and a casing removal step of drawing the casing to the ground.
본 발명은 철근콘크리트 파일 제거공법 및 장치에 관한 것으로 콘크리트부에 적어도 2개 이상의 철근이 상기 콘크리트부의 길이 방향으로 삽입 형성되어 지중에 매설된 파일의 두부 측 콘크리트부를 파쇄하여 상기 철근의 일단부를 지상으로 노출시키는 준비단계와 상기 파일의 외경보다 큰 내경을 갖는 중공 원통 형상의 케이싱의 중심과 상기 파일의 중심을 일치시켜 상기 파일이 상기 케이싱의 내주면 측에 삽입되도록 상기 케이싱을 지중에 매설하는 케이싱 삽입단계와 상기 철근에 각각 인발구를 체결하는 인발구 체결단계와 상기 인발구를 상측으로 이동시키는 동시에 상기 케이싱의 중심을 기준으로 일측 방향으로 회전시켜 상기 철근의 타단부를 지상으로 인발하는 철근 제거단계 및 상기 케이싱을 지상으로 인발하는 케이싱 제거단계를 포함할 수 있다.
