2 Multifunctional connection device such as secondary blocking of meter foreign substance inflow and backflow prevention
The present invention provides a multifunctional connection device for secondarily blocking foreign substances from being introduced into a meter and preventing a backflow. The multifunctional connection device comprises: a valve for connecting the meter and a water supply pipe; an inlet formed in the front of the valve and coupled to a water outlet pipe of the meter to introduce service water into a chamber formed inside the valve; a fastener formed at the rear of the valve; a first body screwed to the fastener in a screw manner, and having a hole formed in the center thereof to pass the service water stored in the chamber; a second body screwed to the hole of the first body in a screw manner, and having a chamber therein; an inlet formed in the front of the first body, and introducing the service water, introduced into the hole of the first body, into the chamber; a water pressure measurement hole formed in the upper surface of the second body, and passing a water pressure measurement sensor for measuring the water pressure of the service water introduced into the chamber; a fastener formed at the rear of the second body, and communicating with the chamber; an operating rod screwed to the fastener in a screw manner to reciprocate forward and backward; and an opening and closing plate coupled to the tip of the operating rod to open and close the inlet of the second body according to the operation of the operating rod. Therefore, the multifunctional connection device can effectively measure the water pressure of service water.
본 발명은 계량기와 급수관을 연결하는 밸브, 상기 밸브의 전방에 형성되며 상기 계량기의 출수관에 결합되어 상수를 상기 밸브의 내부에 형성되어 있는 챔버로 유입시키는 유입구, 상기 밸브의 후방에 형성되는 체결구, 상기 체결구에 나사식으로 체결되며 중앙으로는 상기 챔버에 저장된 상수를 통과시키는 구멍이 관통 형성된 제 1바디, 상기 제 1바디의 구멍 출구에 나사식으로 체결되며 내부에는 챔버가 마련된 제 2바디, 상기 제 1바디의 전방에 형성되며 상기 제 1바디의 구멍으로 유입된 상수를 상기 챔버로 유입시키는 유입구, 상기 제 2바디의 상면에 형성되며 상기 챔버로 유입된 상수의 수압을 측정하기 위한 수압 측정센서를 통과시키는 수압측정용 구멍, 상기 제 2바디의 후방에 형성되며 상기 챔버와 연결하여 통하는 체결구, 상기 체결구에 나사식으로 전, 후 왕복 이동 가능하게 체결되는 작동로드, 상기 작동로드의 선단에 결합되며 상기 작동로드의 동작에 따라 상기 제 2바디의 유입구를 개방 및 폐쇄 동작시키는 개폐판을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 계량기 이물질 유입 2차 차단 및 역류방지 등 다기능 연결장치를 제공한다.

The present invention provides a multifunctional connection device for secondarily blocking foreign substances from being introduced into a meter and preventing a backflow. The multifunctional connection device comprises: a valve for connecting the meter and a water supply pipe; an inlet formed in the front of the valve and coupled to a water outlet pipe of the meter to introduce service water into a chamber formed inside the valve; a fastener formed at the rear of the valve; a first body screwed to the fastener in a screw manner, and having a hole formed in the center thereof to pass the service water stored in the chamber; a second body screwed to the hole of the first body in a screw manner, and having a chamber therein; an inlet formed in the front of the first body, and introducing the service water, introduced into the hole of the first body, into the chamber; a water pressure measurement hole formed in the upper surface of the second body, and passing a water pressure measurement sensor for measuring the water pressure of the service water introduced into the chamber; a fastener formed at the rear of the second body, and communicating with the chamber; an operating rod screwed to the fastener in a screw manner to reciprocate forward and backward; and an opening and closing plate coupled to the tip of the operating rod to open and close the inlet of the second body according to the operation of the operating rod. Therefore, the multifunctional connection device can effectively measure the water pressure of service water.
