The present invention relates to a rebar coupler used for connecting a pair of rebars in a longitudinal direction on construction sites or the like. More specifically, the present invention relates to a rebar coupler with an easy connection, which is able to respectively engage a pressurizing rotor with both sides of a fastening block in a screw structure by using screws and to insert a tightening fixer into the pressurizing rotor. The tightening fixer includes a radial division tightener compressed along a slope in the pressurizing rotor, and an elastic support ring which allows an entered rebar to be temporarily fixed. With an end of the rebars inserted into the coupler for a temporary engagement, the pressurizing rotor makes a simple rotation, thereby firmly and rapidly connecting and fixing the pressurizing rotor to the pair of rebars in a longitudinal direction. Thanks to a simple structure, the durability is superior, so the rebar coupler is very efficient since the status of connection of the rebars is not worsened or lost in the process of handling the coupler on construction sites. In addition, in the connection status to the rebars, even if a strong pressure for placing concrete and a tensile stress is applied, the rebar coupler is able to firmly fix the connected rebars in a stable manner.
본 발명은 건설 현장 등에서 한 쌍의 철근을 길이 방향으로 연결하는데 사용되는 철근 커플러에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 나사구조의 체결블럭에 대하여 양측으로 각기 가압회전체를 나사 결합하고 상기 가압회전체 내부에는 조임고정체를 삽입하되, 조임고정체는 가압회전체 내부의 경사면을 따라 압축되게 한 방사상의 분할조임구 및 진입된 철근의 임시 고정이 이루어지도록 한 탄력지지링이 구비되도록 구성함에 따라, 커플러에 대하여 철근의 끝단을 삽입하여 철근에 대한 임시 결합이 이루어진 상태에서 가압회전체의 단순 회전을 통해 한 쌍의 철근에 대한 길이 방향으로의 견고하고 빠른 연결 및 고정이 이루어지는 것이고, 단순한 구조로 인해 내구성이 뛰어나 건설 현장에서의 취급 과정에서 철근 연결 상태가 약화되거나 상실되지 않아 매우 효율적인 것이며, 철근에 대한 연결 상태에서 강력한 콘크리트 타설 압력 및 인장 응력이 작용하더라도 연결된 철근을 안정적이고 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
The present invention relates to a rebar coupler used for connecting a pair of rebars in a longitudinal direction on construction sites or the like.
