The present invention relates to a key coupler for connecting rebars. More specifically, the present invention relates to a key coupler for connecting rebars, which is able to, when burying rebars for constructing a building, conveniently and firmly connect rebars, and to improve the rebar burial work efficiency and firmness. Especially, as a collet pressurizing member, engaged with the coupler housing by a screw, is fastened, the buried rebars are firmly fixed by a collet locking means, thereby improving work convenience and firmness. According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the key coupler for connecting the rebars comprises: a coupler housing (110) in which a central partition (111) is formed in a cylindrical shape, an accommodation space (112) is placed on each of the sides, and a housing screw unit (113) is formed on the inner diameter surface of the accommodation space (112); a collet locking means (120) in which a group is made of a plurality of collet members (121), in which a rebar fixing latchet (123) is formed on the inner diameter surface, and an inclined collet guide surface (122) is formed on the outer surface, and the group is inserted into the accommodation space (112) and is settled on the central partition (111); and a collet pressurizing member (130) in which on the center formed is a rebar insertion hole (131), on the outer diameter surface formed a pressurizing screw (133) corresponding to a housing screw unit (113) of the coupler housing (110) and a locking head (132), and on the inner diameter surface facing the collet locking means (120) formed a collet pressurizing surface (134) corresponding to a collet guide surface (122).
본 발명은 철근 연결용 키 커플러에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 건축물의 건축을 위한 배근작업 시에 철근들을 간편하면서도 견고하게 상호 연결시켜, 배근 작업능률 및 견고성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 특히, 커플러하우징에 나사결합된 콜렛가압부재의 체결에 따라 배근된 철근을 콜렛잠금수단으로 견고하게 고정시켜 작업편의성 및 견고성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 제1실시예는, 원통형 형상의 내부에 중앙격벽(111)이 형성되어, 양측에 수용공간(112)이 각각 구비되면서 상기 수용공간(112) 내경면에 하우징나사부(113)가 형성된 커플러하우징(110)과; 내경면에 철근고정래칫(123)이 형성되고, 외면에는 경사진 콜렛가이드면(122)이 형성된 복수개의 콜렛부재(121)를 한 조로 구성하여 상기 수용공간(112)에 각각 삽입시켜 중앙격벽(111)에 안착되는 콜렛잠금수단(120)과; 중앙에 철근삽입구멍(131)이 관통 성형되고, 외경면에는 잠금헤드(132)와 상기 커플러하우징(110)의 하우징나사부(113)에 대응하는 가압나사(133)가 구비되며, 상기 콜렛잠금수단(120)과 마주하는 내경면에는 콜렛가이드면(122)에 대응하는 콜렛가압면(134)이 성형된 콜렛가압부재(130)를 포함해 구성된다.
The present invention relates to a key coupler for connecting rebars.
