WATER PROOF COATING METHOD FOR THE CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING THE WATERPROOF COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a waterproof composition and a method of waterproofing a concrete structure using the same, which are able to add a natural additive to a waterproof painting composition, to keep the strength and durability of the concrete structure, to give flexibility, to reduce the probability of cracks, to include a deodorizing bead including zeolite in the waterproof paint composition, to have excellent deodorization properties and antibacterial properties, to adsorb fine dust and heavy metal, and to prevent atmospheric pollution. According to the present invention, the method of waterproofing the concrete structure using the waterproof composition comprises: a step of organizing a surface of the concrete structure; a step of manufacturing the waterproof composition; a step of applying the waterproof paint composition, which is heated and agitated, on the concrete structure; and a step of applying a fine dust adsorption agent on the concrete structure to which the waterproof paint composition is applied.
본 발명은 방수도장 조성물에 천연 첨가제를 첨가하여 콘크리트 구조물의 강도와 내구성을 유지하면서 유연성을 부여하고 균열 발생가능성을 저감할 수 있으며, 방수도장 조성물에 제올라이트를 포함하는 소취비드를 포함하여 소취성과 항균성이 우수하며, 미세먼지 및 중금속을 흡착하여 대기오염을 방지할 수 있는, 방수 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 방수도장 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 도장방법의 구성에 있어, 콘크리트 구조물을 표면을 정리하는 단계; 방수도장 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 콘크리트 구조물에 가열교반된 방수도장 조성물을 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 방수도장 조성물이 도포된 콘크리트 구조물에 미세먼지 흡착제를 도포하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
