The present invention relates to an epoxy-based waterproof paint composition and a surface coating method for concrete structures and water treatment facilities using the same, and more specifically, an epoxy-based waterproof paint composition and a surface coating method for concrete structures and water treatment facilities using the same, which overcome the limitations of conventional waterproof and anti-corrosive materials, and perform superior waterproof and anti-corrosive functions by performing a waterproof and anti-corrosive coating of a bottom layer to improve the mechanical properties and chemical properties of a middle layer in the paint material under a condition where the concrete body is not sufficiently dried or cannot be adequately dried on-site due to structural limitations during construction or renovation of the concrete structures such as water treatment plants.
본 발명은 에폭시계 방수도료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물과 수처리 시설물의 표면 도장공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기존의 방수방식재의 한계를 극복하면서 정수장 등의 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 신축 또는 보수공사시 콘크리트 모체가 건조되어야 함에도 불구하고, 건조가 덜 되거나, 현장 여건이 구조적으로 완벽한 건조가 어려운 조건에서 바닥층의 방수방식 코팅공사가 이루어질 때, 상기 도료 소재내 중도층의 기계적 물성과 화학적 물성을 향상시켜 콘크리트 구조물의 방수방식 기능을 완벽하게 수행할 수 있는 에폭시 도료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물과 수처리 시설물의 표면 도장공법에 관한 것이다.
