FLOOR FEPAIT METHOD USING ELASTIC COMPOSITE COMPOUND AND ELASTIC COMPOSITE COMPOUND INJECTION DEVICE FOR THE SAME
Disclosed is a floor repairing method using an elastic composite compound. In particular, the floor repairing method using an elastic composite compound comprises: a construction floor cleaning step of using a device for spraying an elastic composite compound and removing debris on the cracked floor; an elastic composite compound preparing step of storing an elastic composite compound in a storage tank of the spraying device to prepare the elastic composite compound; a crack repairing layer applying step of operating a pump of the spraying device to spray and apply the elastic composite compound stored in the storage tank onto the construction floor; a crack repairing layer drying step of drying the crack repairing layer; and a top coating layer generating step of applying a coating agent mainly composed of epoxy upon the dried crack repairing layer. The crack repairing layer forms the elastic composite compound at the thickness of 0.5-3.5 mm, wherein the elastic composite compound is characterized by being formed by the mixture of 2 wt% of water, 70 wt% of Remitar and 28 wt% of an elastic water repellent material comprising 55-65 parts by weight of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 20-25 parts by weight of a vinyl acetate monomer, 8-12 parts by weight of a liquid stabilizer, 8-12 parts by weight of dihydrogen oxide and 1-3 parts by weight of a preservative. Therefore, the risks of a failure can be prevented.
탄성복합화합물을 이용한 바닥보수방법이 개시된다. 상기 탄성복합화합물을 이용한 바닥보수방법은 상기 탄성복합화합물 분사장치를 이용하고, 균열이 발생된 바닥의 이물질을 제거하는, 시공바닥청소단계; 탄성복합화합물을 분사장치의 저장탱크 내에 저장하여 탄성복합화합물을 준비하는, 탄성복합화합물 준비단계; 분사장치의 펌프를 가동시켜서 상기 저장탱크 내에 저장된 탄성복합화합물을 시공바닥에 분사하여 도포하는, 균열보수층 도포단계; 균열보수층을 건조시키는, 균열보수층 건조단계; 및 건조된 균열보수층 상에 에폭시 주재의 코팅재를 도포하는, 탑 코팅층 생성단계를 포함하고, 상기 균열보수층은 상기 탄성복합화합물을 0.5~3.5mm의 두께로 생성하고, 상기 탄성복합화합물은, 비닐 아세테이트-에틸렌 공중합체 에멀젼 55 내지 65 중량부, 비닐 아세테이트 모노머 20 내지 25 중량부, 액상형 안정제 8 내지 12 중량부, 디수소 산화물 8 내지 12 중량부, 방부제 1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 탄성방수제 28중량%, 레미탈 70중량% 및 물 2중량%가 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
