REPAIR AND REINFORCEMENT METHOD OF ASPHALT SHINGLES-INSTALLED SURFACE USING ELASTIC COMPOSITE COMPOUND AND ELASTIC COMPOSITE COMPOUND INJECTION DEVICE FOR THE SAME
Disclosed is a repair reinforcement method of a shingle surface using an elastic composite compound which prevents defect risks such as rising and cracks. The repair reinforcement method of a shingle surface using an elastic composite compound comprises: a shingle background surface cleaning step of removing foreign substances of an asphalt shingle background surface with a crack on a shingle surface having asphalt shingles constructed for waterproofing; a reinforcing mesh attaching step of attaching and fixing a reinforcing mesh on the shingle surface to cover the asphalt shingles; an elastic composite compound preparing step of preparing an elastic composite compound by storing the elastic composite compound in a storage tank of an injection device; a shingle surface repair layer coating step of injecting and coating the elastic composite compound stored in the storage tank on the shingle surface to cover the reinforcing mesh by operating a pump of the injection device; a shingle surface repair layer drying step of drying the shingle surface repair layer; and a top coating layer creation step of spreading a coating material mainly consisting of urethane on the dried shingle surface repair layer. The shingle surface repair layer creates the elastic composite compound in a thickness of 0.5-3.5mm. The elastic composite compound is formed by mixing 28 wt% of an elastic waterproof agent comprising 55-65 parts by weight of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 20-25 parts by weight of a vinyl acetate monomer, 8-12 parts by weight of a liquid stabilizer, 8-12 parts by weight of dihydrogen oxide, and 1-3 parts by weight of a preservative, 70 wt% of remitar, and 2 wt% of water.
탄성복합화합물을 이용한 싱글면 보수보강 공법이 개시된다. 상기 탄성복합화합물을 이용한 싱글면 보수보강 공법은 방수를 위해 아스팔트싱글이 시공된 싱글면 상에서 균열이 발생된 아스팔트싱글 바탕면의 이물질을 제거하는, 싱글바탕면 청소단계; 보강메쉬를 아스팔트싱글을 덮도록 상기 싱글면 상에 부착 및 고정하는, 보강메쉬 부착단계; 탄성복합화합물을 분사장치의 저장탱크 내에 저장하여 탄성복합화합물을 준비하는, 탄성복합화합물 준비단계; 분사장치의 펌프를 가동시켜서 상기 저장탱크 내에 저장된 탄성화합물을 상기 보강메쉬를 덮도록 싱글면에 분사하여 도포하는, 싱글면보수층 도포단계; 싱글면보수층을 건조시키는, 싱글면보수층 건조단계; 및 건조된 싱글면보수층 상에 우레탄 주재의 코팅재를 도포하는, 탑 코팅층 생성단계를 포함하고, 상기 싱글면보수층은 상기 탄성복합화합물을 0.5~3.5mm의 두께로 생성하고, 상기 탄성복합화합물은, 비닐 아세테이트-에틸렌 공중합체 에멀젼 55 내지 65 중량부, 비닐 아세테이트 모노머 20 내지 25 중량부, 액상형 안정제 8 내지 12 중량부, 디수소 산화물 8 내지 12 중량부, 방부제 1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 탄성방수제 28중량%, 레미탈 70중량% 및 물 2중량%가 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
