STACK REPAIR METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for repairing and reinforcing the inner wall of a funnel, which can remove refractory bricks degraded in a funnel and the inner surface of a concrete outer wall to repair and reinforce the inner wall of the funnel by using refractory mortar and a casing so as to elongate the period of use and to improve safety. Moreover, the shape of a gondola can be varied in accordance with the inner diameter of the funnel to improve workability. To this end, the present method is characterized by comprising: a step (a) of installing a gondola on the inside of a funnel; a step (b) of elevating the gondola to a working height; a step (c) of removing refractory bricks at the working height before chipping the inner surface of a concrete outer wall to a predetermined depth for removal, thereby installing a refractory brick cap and a haunch at the uppermost end of the refractory brick at the lower side; a step (d) of arranging a rebar at the chipped portion before installing a casing to form the inner wall surface; and a step (e) of injecting refractory mortar into the casing.
본 발명은 연돌 내부에서 열화된 내화벽돌 및 콘크리트 외벽의 내면을 제거하고 내화 몰탈 및 케이싱을 이용해 연돌의 내벽을 보수 및 보강하여 사용 기한의 증대 및 안전성 향상을 도모할 수 있으며, 연돌의 내경에 맞춰 곤돌라의 형상을 가변시켜 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있는 연돌의 내벽 보수보강 방법에 관한 것으로, a) 연돌 내부에 곤돌라를 설치하는 단계; b) 곤돌라를 작업 높이로 승강하는 단계; c) 작업 높이의 내화벽돌을 제거한 후, 콘크리트 외벽의 내면을 소정 깊이로 치핑하여 제거한 다음, 하측 내화벽돌 최상단에 내화벽돌 캡과 헌치를 설치하는 단계; d) 치핑된 부위에 철근을 배근하고, 내벽면을 형성하는 케이싱을 설치하는 단계; e) 케이싱 내부로 내화 몰탈을 주입하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
