The present invention relates to a material lifting system for chimney repair, which can lift materials up to the top of a chimney instead of cranes at the site where a 100 m or higher super high-rise chimney where it is impossible or difficult to lift materials with lifting equipment such as a crane, and enables an operator to freely change and select material lifting positions according to site conditions and perform repair. To achieve the purpose, the material lifting system for chimney repair comprises: a guide means including a lower bracket installed at the lowest end of the outer wall of a chimney, and having a first pulley, an upper bracket installed at the top of the outer wall of the chimney, and having a second pulley, and a guide wire installed in an oblique direction by having one end fixed to the ground at a position distanced to the outside of the lower bracket by a predetermined width, and the other end connected to the upper bracket; a lifting means including a winch installed on the ground at a position distanced to the outside of the lower bracket by a predetermined width and connected to one end of a lifting wire passing through the first and second pulleys, and a lift provided at the other end of the lifting wire and movably coupled to the guide wire; and a lifting cage coupled to the lift, and lifted along the guide wire by the operation of the winch.
본 발명은 크레인 등의 인양장비로 자재 인양 작업이 불가능하거나 어려운 100m 이상의 초고층 연돌의 보수 작업 현장에서 크레인 등을 대신해 자재를 연돌의 최상단 높이까지 인양 가능하게 하며, 현장 여건에 맞춰 자재 인양 위치를 자유롭게 변경, 선택하여 작업할 수 있게 하는 연돌 보수용 자재 인양 시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 연돌 보수용 자재 인양 시스템은, 연돌 외벽의 최하단에 설치되며 제1 도르래를 구비한 하부 브래킷, 연돌 외벽의 최상단에 설치되며 제2 도르래를 구비한 상부 브래킷, 일측단이 상기 하부 브래킷의 외측으로 소정 너비 이격된 위치의 지면에서 고정되며, 타측단이 상기 상부 브래킷에 연결되어 사선 방향으로 설치되는 가이드와이어를 포함한 가이드수단; 상기 하부 브래킷의 외측으로 소정 너비 이격된 위치의 지면에 설치되며 상기 제1 도르래와 제2 도르래를 경유하는 인양와이어의 일측단이 연결되어 있는 윈치, 상기 인양와이어의 타측 끝단에 구비되며 상기 가이드와이어를 따라 이동 가능하게 결합된 리프트를 포함한 인양수단; 상기 리프트에 결합되어 상기 윈치의 작동으로 상기 가이드와이어를 따라 승강하는 자재 인양용 케이지;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 크레인 등의 인양장비로 자재 인양 작업이 불가능하거나 어려운 100m 이상의 초고층 연돌의 보수 작업 현장에서 크레인 등을 대신해 자재를 연돌의 최상단 높이까지 인양 가능하게 하며, 현장 여건에 맞춰 자재 인양 위치를 자유롭게 변경, 선택하여 작업할 수 있게 하는 연돌 보수용 자재 인양 시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 연돌 보수용 자재 인양 시스템은, 연돌 외벽의 최하단에 설치되며 제1 도르래를 구비한 하부 브래킷, 연돌 외벽의 최상단에 설치되며 제2 도르래를 구비한 상부 브래킷, 일측단이 상기 하부 브래킷의 외측으로 소정 너비 이격된 위치의 지면에서 고정되며, 타측단이 상기 상부 브래킷에 연결되어 사선 방향으로 설치되는 가이드와이어를 포함한 가이드수단; 상기 하부 브래킷의 외측으로 소정 너비 이격된 위치의 지면에 설치되며 상기 제1 도르래와 제2 도르래를 경유하는 인양와이어의 일측단이 연결되어 있는 윈치, 상기 인양와이어의 타측 끝단에 구비되며 상기 가이드와이어를 따라 이동 가능하게 결합된 리프트를 포함한 인양수단; 상기 리프트에 결합되어 상기 윈치의 작동으로 상기 가이드와이어를 따라 승강하는 자재 인양용 케이지;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
