THICKNESS ADJUSTING APPARATUS OF SEALING NOZZLE
Disclosed is an apparatus for adjusting the thickness of a sealing nozzle which can reduce operation time and operation cost by simultaneously performing sealing prior operation, sealing operation, and sealing finishing operation through a single operation. The apparatus for adjusting the thickness of the sealing nozzle comprises: a body part having a first hole through which the sealing nozzle passes and accommodating a multilayer glass; and an adjustment part connected to the body part to move according to the thickness of the multilayer glass, and adjusting the thickness of the body part according to the thickness of the multilayer glass by allowing a part of an outer surface of the multilayer glass to touch the inside of the body part.
실링 선행 작업, 실링 작업 및 실링 마무리 작업을 단 하나의 작업을 통해 동시에 이루어지게 하여, 작업 시간과 작업 비용을 줄일 수 있는 실링 노즐의 두께 조절 장치가 개시된다. 실링 노즐의 두께 조절 장치는 실링 노즐이 관통되는 제1 홀을 가지며 복층 유리를 수용하는 바디부와 복층 유리의 두께에 따라 이동되도록 바디부와 연결되며, 복층 유리의 외측면의 일부가 바디부의 내측에 접하도록 하여 복층 유리의 두께에 따라 바디부의 두께를 조절하는 조정부를 포함한다.
