The present invention relates to a basalt fiber composite flame-retardant reinforcing material for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure, and a method for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure using the same. According to the present invention, the basalt fiber composite flame-retardant reinforcing material for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure comprises: 60 to 90 wt% of a basalt fiber; 3 to 8 wt% of one or more high-strength fibers selected from the group consisting of a carbon fiber, an aramid fiber, and a mixture fiber thereof; and 5 to 35 wt% of a flame-retardant epoxy resin composition. According to the present invention, excellent adhesive strength can be maintained.
본 발명은 바잘트 섬유 60 내지 90 중량%, 탄소 섬유, 아라미드 섬유 및 이들의 혼합섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 고강도 섬유 3 내지 8 중량%, 및 난연성 에폭시 수지 조성물 5 내지 35 중량%를 포함하고; 상기 난연성 에폭시 수지 조성물은 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 다이머산 변성 에폭시 수지 50 내지 80 중량부, 티오에폭시 화합물 10 내지 30 중량부, 디칼슘 포스페이트 디하이드레이트 분말 5 내지 15 중량부 및 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 시클로 클로로포스파젠 1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 주제와; 폴리옥시프로필렌디아민 100 중량부에 대하여, 디아미노 디페닐 술폰 20 내지 50 중량부 및 트리페닐포스핀 1 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 경화제를 1 내지 5: 1 부피비율로 혼합한 것을 사용하여; 우수한 강도로 콘크리트 구조물을 보수보강하고, 화재 발생시에는 높은 난연성능을 발휘할 수 있는 콘크리트 구조물의 보수보강용 바잘트섬유 복합 난연 보강재 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수보강공법에 관한 것이다.
