The present invention relates to a basalt fiber sheet for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure, and a method of repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure by using the basalt fiber sheet, capable of exhibiting eco-friendliness and high functionality. The present invention provides the basalt fiber sheet for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure which is formed by weaving basalt fibers, wherein the basalt fibers are coated with a coating raw material for improving performance, and the coating raw material for improving the performance includes: polydopamine; polyacrylonitrile; expanded graphite; polyurushiol powder; cobalt sulfide; and a ceramide-based derivative represented by chemical formula 1.
본 발명은 바잘트 섬유를 경사 및 위사 중 어느 하나 또는 경ㆍ위사 모두로 직조하여 형성되는 콘크리트 구조물의 보수ㆍ보강용 바잘트 섬유시트로서, 상기 바잘트 섬유는 표면의 전부 또는 일부가 성능개선용 코팅원료로 코팅처리되되; 상기 성능개선용 코팅원료는 글리옥실화된 폴리아크릴아미드 100 중량부에 대하여, 폴리도파민 20 내지 50 중량부, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 1 내지 20 중량부, 팽창 그라파이트 1 내지 20 중량부, 폴리우루시올 분말 0.1 내지 10 중량부, 황화코발트 0.1 내지 10 중량부 및 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 세라마이드계 유도체 0.1 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 사용함으로써; 친환경 섬유인 바잘트 섬유를 사용하여, 기계적, 역학적 성능이 매우 개선되고, 콘크리트 구조물과의 부착력을 향상시켜 고기능성이 발현되어, 교량이나 고가차도, 터널, 지하관로, 각종 건축구조물 등과 같은 콘크리트 구조물을 효과적으로 보수ㆍ보강할 수 있는 콘크리트 구조물의 보수ㆍ보강용 바잘트 섬유시트 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수ㆍ보강공법에 관한 것이다.
