The present invention relates to an expansion joint device for a concrete structure, which is installed on an expansion joint part of a concrete structure so as to prevent leakage of the expansion joint part. The expansion joint device for a concrete structure comprises: a first plate installed to be in contact with one side of an expansion joint part of the concrete structure; a second plate installed to be in contact with the other side of the expansion joint part of the concrete structure, and facing the first plate; springs installed between the first plate and the second plate; and an elastic sealing material including the springs therein, installed longitudinally between the first and second plates, and configured to seal the expansion joint part of the concrete structure. According to the present invention, the expansion joint device for a concrete structure can be applied to an expansion joint part of both the existing constructed concrete structure and a newly constructed concrete structure and can prevent leakage of the expansion joint part. In addition, during repairing of the existing constructed concrete structure, the expansion joint device can be installed easily by being inserted into an expansion joint part between the concrete structures, and thus, working time can be shortened.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 신축이음부에 설치되어 신축이음부의 누수를 방지하기 위한 것으로서, 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 신축이음부 일측에 접하여 설치되는 제1판; 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 신축이음부 타측에 접하여 설치되고, 상기 제1판과 마주보는 제2판; 상기 제1판과 제2판 사이에 설치되는 스프링들; 및 상기 스프링들을 내부에 포함하면서 상기 제1판과 제2판 사이에 길이방향으로 설치되어 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 신축이음부를 밀폐하는 탄성봉함재;를 포함하는 콘크리트 구조물 신축이음 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 시공된 기존의 콘크리트 구조물 및 신설되는 콘크리트 구조물에 신축이음부를 모두 적용하여 설치할 수 있음은 물론 신축이음부의 누수를 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 시공된 기존 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 시에 콘크리트 구조물 사이의 신축이음부에 신축이음 장치를 끼우는 간단한 작업으로 용이하게 시공함은 물론 이에 따라 작업시간을 단축할 수 있다.
