Expansion joint system for concrete structure
The present invention relates to an expansion joint system for concrete structures. Here, the expansion joint system for concrete structures has been improved in structure so that a water stop plate is installed in a fitting manner using a fixing member, improving on-site constructability and providing excellent construction quality by unskilled workers. In particular, the fixing member is formed of a single wire material and is supported by a buffer plate in an expanded area, thereby improving the fixing force and preventing tilting due to unbalanced load, and preventing bending and deformation of the water stop plate due to concrete pouring pressure. To this end, the expansion joint system for concrete structures comprises, as the main components, a buffer plate (10), a water stop plate (20), and a fixing member (30).
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물용 신축이음시스템에 관련되며, 이때 콘크리트 구조물용 신축이음시스템는 지수판이 픽싱부재에 의해 끼움결합 방식으로 설치되도록 구조 개선되어 현장 시공성이 향상됨과 더불어 비숙련공에 의한 시공품질이 우수하고, 특히, 픽싱부재가 단일 선재로 형성되어 확장된 영역에서 완충플레이트에 결속 지지되므로 고정력 향상 및 편하중에 의한 기울어짐이 방지되고, 콘크리트 타설압력에 의한 지수판의 휨 및 변형을 방지할 수 있도록 완충플레이트(10), 지수판(20), 픽싱부재(30)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 한다.
