본 발명은 레미콘 회수수로 프리웨팅(pre-wetting) 처리한 인공경량잔골재를 포함시켜 조성하는 고강도 경량 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 「배합수 140~180kg/㎥, 시멘트 320~450kg/㎥ 및 인공경량잔골재 500~700kg/㎥, 물시멘트비 35~45wt%로 배합되되, 상기 인공경량잔골재는 석탄회와 준설토를 혼합 및 소성하여 제조한 것으로서, 입경 5㎜ 미만, SiO2와 Al2O3의 합산 함량 80wt% 초과, 밀도 1.8g/㎤ 미만이며, 레미콘 회수수에 22~26시간 동안 프리웨팅(pre-wetting)시킨 후 표건상태로 조정하여 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 경량 모르타르 조성물」을 제공한다.
