Method for Constructing Exterior Wall System Having Fire Spreading Prevention Function
The present invention relates to a method for constructing an outer wall system, capable of improving an insulation property by easily shielding a space formed between an outer wall of a building and an outer wall system constituting an outer insulation structure of the building while effectively preventing a fire from vertically spreading through the outer wall of the building by being expanded by high-temperature heat generated in case of a fire. According to the present invention, the method for constructing an outer wall system includes the following steps of: (S1) inserting a foaming pad made of a thermal expansion resin material expanded by heat in case of a fire while having an insulation property, between an outer wall of a building and a frame installed at a distance from the outer wall of the building, such that the foaming pad can be elastically attached to the rear side of the frame; (S2) installing a foaming sheet made of a thermal expansion resin material expanded by heat in case of a fire such that the sheet can surround the foaming pad and the frame at the same time; and (S3) coupling a metal composite panel with an insulation material attached on its rear side, with the front side of the frame surrounded by the foaming sheet.
본 발명은 건물의 외단열 구조를 이루는 외벽 시스템과 건물의 외벽면 사이에 발생하는 공간을 용이하게 차폐하여 단열성을 향상시킴과 동시에 화재시 발생하는 고온의 열에 의해 팽창하여 건물 외벽면을 통해 수직 화재 확산을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 외벽 시스템의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 외벽 시스템의 시공 방법은, (S1) 건물의 외벽면에 간격을 두고 설치되는 프레임의 후방면에 단열성을 가짐과 동시에 화재시 열에 의해 팽창하는 열팽창성 수지 재질의 발포패드가 탄력적으로 밀착되도록 상기 프레임과 외벽면 사이에 발포패드를 삽입하여 부착하는 단계; (S2) 시트 형태로 되어 화재시 열에 의해 팽창하는 열팽창성 수지 재질의 발포시트를 상기 발포패드와 프레임을 동시에 둘러싸도록 설치하는 단계; 및, (S3) 후방면에 단열재가 부착된 금속복합패널을 상기 발포시트가 둘러싸고 있는 프레임의 전방면에 결합하는 단계; 를 포함할 수 있다.
