A gondola fixed to a retaining wall of a building of the present invention can be used by directly installing a gondola support on a front jade wall and directly fasten an anchor to the jade wall by drilling the same into the retaining wall which is the wall of the building so as to solve a problem of troublesome of installing the support for supporting the gondola in an existing rooftop or building and an increased cost, thereby saving a construction cost. Also, the gondola can shorten a construction period to save the cost, secure safety at work, and enable a worker to conveniently perform work.
본 발명의 건물 옹벽 고정형 곤도라는 전면옥벽에 직접 곤도라 지지대를 설치하여 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있으며, 특히 본 발명은 기존의 옥상 또는 건물내에 곤도라를 지지하는 지지대를 설치하는 번거로운과 비용의 증가되는 문제점을 해결하도록 건물의 벽체인 옹벽에 앙카를 심어서 옥벽에 직접 체결을 할 수 있도록 하여 시공비를 절약할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 시공기간을 단축하여 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 특히 작업상의 안전성과 작업자가 작업을 편리하게 할 수 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.
