PULLING INSTALLATION APPARATUS FOR PLASTIC CORRUGATED PIPE
The present invention relates to a device for laying a synthetic resin corrugated pipe, which comprises: an excavator coupler (10); a structure connector-integrated horizontal rotating means (20); a base frame (30); a rotating type corrugated pipe laying drum (40); a driving means for a corrugated pipe laying drum (50); a plurality of fixating type corrugated pipe displacement and friction prevention rod (60); a rotating type corrugated pipe displacement prevention rod (70); a driving means for a corrugated pipe displacement prevention rod (80); and a control panel (90). Therefore, the present invention can be used while being detachably coupled to the boom of an excavator. Accordingly, in a state in which one or multiple synthetic resin corrugated pipes are simultaneously mounted on the rotating type corrugated pipe laying drum, the same can be quickly and easily laid within an excavation groove, thereby significantly reducing work time and labor costs required for laying a synthetic resin corrugated pipe.
본 발명은 합성수지 파형관 포설장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 굴착기 결합구(10)와 구조물 연결구겸 수평방향 회전수단(20), 베이스 프레임(30), 회전형 파형관 포설 드럼(40), 파형관 포설 드럼 구동수단(50), 복수의 고정형 파형관 이탈 및 마찰 방지봉(60), 회전 가동형 파형관 이탈 방지봉(70), 파형관 이탈 방지봉 구동수단(80) 및 제어반(90)으로 구성하여 굴착기의 붐에 착탈 가능하게 결합하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 회전형 파형관 포설 드럼에 하나 또는 다수의 합성수지 파형관을 동시에 탑재한 상태에서 터파기 홈 내에 신속하고 용이하게 포설할 수 있어 합성수지 파형관의 포설에 따른 작업시간과 인건비 등을 대폭 줄일 수 있다.
