Floor finishing method by concrete polishing using concrete permeable surface strengthening agent and penetration prevention agent
The present invention relates to a concrete polishing floor finishing method using a concrete permeable surface strengthening and penetration contamination prevention agent with excellent durability, which simultaneously generates insoluble silicate metal hydrate and silicic acid by reacting with free metal ions in concrete, strengthens a concrete surface by using the concrete permeable surface strengthening and penetration contamination prevention agent which can self-heal pores of the concrete, and then can prevent penetration damage caused by contaminants and water by polishing the surface after strengthening. The concrete polishing floor finishing method using a concrete permeable surface strengthening and penetration contamination prevention agent comprises: (a) a surface treatment step of grinding a surface layer of a concrete floor to a desired level of roughness or pattern; (b) a waterproofing and strengthening treatment step of penetrating an alkali metal liquid nanocomposite silicate-based penetration waterproofing agent to the concrete floor after the surface treatment step, wherein the alkali metal liquid nanocomposite silicate-based penetration waterproofing agent contains a nanocomposite silicate sol composed of sodium silicate, lithium silicate and potassium silicate, silane-based compounds, and an additive including silicon carbide and metal oxide; and (c) a polishing treatment step of grinding the surface layer of the concrete floor.
본 발명은 콘크리트 내의 유리금속이온과 반응하여 불용성의 규산염 금속 수화물 및 규산을 동시에 생성하며, 콘크리트의 기공을 셀프힐링 할 수 있는 콘크리트 침투성 표면강화 및 침투오염방지제를 이용하여 콘크리트 표면을 강화시키고 강화 이후 표면을 폴리싱하는 것으로 오염물 및 물에 의한 침투성 손상을 방지할 수 있으며, 내구성이 우수한 콘크리트 침투성 표면강화 및 침투오염방지제를 활용한 콘크리트 폴리싱 바닥마감공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 (a) 콘크리트 바닥의 표면층을 원하는 수준의 거칠기 또는 무늬가 나오도록 갈아내는 표면처리 단계; (b) 상기 표면처리 단계 이후 규산나트륨, 규산리튬 및 규산칼륨으로 구성되는 나노 복합 실리케이트 졸; 실란계 화합물; 및 실리콘 카바이드, 금속산화물을 포함하는 첨가제를 포함하는 알칼리금속 액상 나노 복합 실리케이트계 침투성 방수제를 상기 콘크리트 바닥에 침투시키는 방수 및 강화처리 단계; 및 (c) 상기 콘크리트 바닥의 표면층을 연마하는 광택처리 단계를 포함하는 콘크리트 침투성 표면강화 및 침투오염방지제를 활용한 콘크리트 폴리싱 바닥마감공법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a concrete polishing floor finishing method using a concrete permeable surface strengthening and penetration contamination prevention agent with excellent durability, which simultaneously generates insoluble silicate metal hydrate and silicic acid by reacting with free metal ions in concrete, strengthens a concrete surface by using the concrete permeable surface strengthening and penetration contamination prevention agent which can self-heal pores of the concrete, and then can prevent penetration damage caused by contaminants and water by polishing the surface after strengthening. The concrete polishing floor finishing method using a concrete permeable surface strengthening and penetration contamination prevention agent comprises: (a) a surface treatment step of grinding a surface layer of a concrete floor to a desired level of roughness or pattern; (b) a waterproofing and strengthening treatment step of penetrating an alkali metal liquid nanocomposite silicate-based penetration waterproofing agent to the concrete floor after the surface treatment step, wherein the alkali metal liquid nanocomposite silicate-based penetration waterproofing agent contains a nanocomposite silicate sol composed of sodium silicate, lithium silicate and potassium silicate, silane-based compounds, and an additive including silicon carbide and metal oxide; and (c) a polishing treatment step of grinding the surface layer of the concrete floor.
본 발명은 콘크리트 내의 유리금속이온과 반응하여 불용성의 규산염 금속 수화물 및 규산을 동시에 생성하며, 콘크리트의 기공을 셀프힐링 할 수 있는 콘크리트 침투성 표면강화 및 침투오염방지제를 이용하여 콘크리트 표면을 강화시키고 강화 이후 표면을 폴리싱하는 것으로 오염물 및 물에 의한 침투성 손상을 방지할 수 있으며, 내구성이 우수한 콘크리트 침투성 표면강화 및 침투오염방지제를 활용한 콘크리트 폴리싱 바닥마감공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 (a) 콘크리트 바닥의 표면층을 원하는 수준의 거칠기 또는 무늬가 나오도록 갈아내는 표면처리 단계; (b) 상기 표면처리 단계 이후 규산나트륨, 규산리튬 및 규산칼륨으로 구성되는 나노 복합 실리케이트 졸; 실란계 화합물; 및 실리콘 카바이드, 금속산화물을 포함하는 첨가제를 포함하는 알칼리금속 액상 나노 복합 실리케이트계 침투성 방수제를 상기 콘크리트 바닥에 침투시키는 방수 및 강화처리 단계; 및 (c) 상기 콘크리트 바닥의 표면층을 연마하는 광택처리 단계를 포함하는 콘크리트 침투성 표면강화 및 침투오염방지제를 활용한 콘크리트 폴리싱 바닥마감공법을 제공한다.
