The present invention relates to a hinge for a door of a cold storage and a freezer. The hinge for a door of a cold storage and a freezer comprises: a fixing unit fixed to a wall and having a shaft insertion groove where a shaft rod is inserted; and a rotation unit having the shaft rod inserted into the shaft insertion groove of the fixing unit. The fixing unit comprises a stopper controlling a rotational angle of the rotation unit, and the rotation unit has a locking device closely attached to the stopper when the door is opened. In the hinge for a door of a cold storage and a freezer, the fixing unit comprises: a fixing body fixed to the wall of a cold storage and a freezer; and a protrusion unit protruding from one side of the fixing body and having the shaft insertion groove. The rotation unit comprises: a rotary body fixed to one side of the door; and a coupling unit protruding from one side of the rotary body and having the shaft rod inserted into the shaft insertion groove. The stopper is spaced apart from the shaft insertion groove to protrude from edges of the fixing body and the protrusion unit in a shape of a square box body, and the locking device integrally protrudes with the coupling unit from the one side of the coupling unit. Herein, a resin pad is further provided to one side surface of the stopper. Accordingly, the rotational angle of the door of the cold storage and the freezer is restrained to prevent a door handle from colliding with an outer wall of the cold storage and the freezer to prevent damage to the handle or the outer wall to reduce a loss of maintenance and management of the cold storage. Moreover, the stopper and the locking device closely attached to the stopper prevent the hinge from being broken by repetitive impact.
본 발명은 냉동창고 및 냉동고 도어용 힌지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 벽체에 고정되며 축봉이 삽입되는 축삽입홈이 형성되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부의 축삽입홈에 삽입되는 축봉이 구비되는 회전부로 이루어지며, 상기 고정부에는 상기 회전부의 회전 각도를 단속하는 스토퍼가 형성되고, 상기 회전부에는 도어의 개방시 상기 스토퍼와 밀착되는 걸림구가 형성되는 냉동창고 및 냉동고 도어용 힌지에 있어서, 상기 고정부는 냉동고 및 냉동창고의 벽체에 고정되는 고정몸체와 상기 고정몸체의 일측에서 돌출되며 축삽입홈이 형성되는 돌출부로 형성되고, 상기 회전부는 도어의 일측에 고정되는 회전몸체와, 상기 회전몸체의 일측에서 돌출되며 상기 축삽입홈에 삽입되는 축봉이 형성되는 결합부로 이루어지되 상기 스토퍼는 상기 축삽입홈에서 이격되어 상기 고정몸체와 돌출부의 모서리에서 사각박스체로 돌출되며, 상기 걸림구는 상기 결합부의 일측에서 결합부와 일체로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 상기 스토퍼의 일측면에는 수지패드가 더 구비된다. 이에 따르면, 냉동창고 및 냉동고 도어의 회동 각도를 제한하여 도어 손잡이가 냉동창고 및 냉동고의 외벽에 부딪혀 손잡이의 파손이나 외벽이 훼손되는 것을 방지하여 냉동창고의 유지 관리 손실을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 스토퍼와 스토퍼에 밀착되는 걸림구가 반복적인 충격에도 힌지가 파손되는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
